  The front desk staff has made this pregnancy a nightmare, at the southern pines facility. I have had nothing but headaches but also feel obligated to attend this nightmare due to its location and my hectic schedule. The front desk staff never wants to help me, i have always been transferred to a random voicemail and never get called back. My most reccent inconvenience was my last appointment- an anatomy ultrasound. I waited, with family, from 930-11am before being seen. During that time the front desk very obviously did not want to tell me why i wasnt being seen. I was then weighed and waited 30 more minutes only for the doctor to wonder WHY i was there. The ultrasound was never even scheduled for me. Im pregnant, I am always hungry, they had me waiting from 930- noon.. to be weighed. They have lost my insurance, confused my files with other patients and currently never rescheduled my ultrasound, which is supposidly in two days. I am beyond disappointed. I love the doctors and the nurses. They are wonderful if you manage to survive getting past the front desk. Good luck to everyone who plans to attend this facility. Good luck to myself if they ever figure out my appointments and actually call me back. In search of a new office for my future visits, with no luck. Currently stuck with.. this..
